Great Workout for Your Abs
I love the variety in these 3 20-minute workouts! I do not like working on my abs in the traditional way and these workouts are not that. Yes you will see some classics, but they are mixed in with some other great moves. I love the pilates inspired section. There is also a cardio workout which is more fun than difficult. Brooke has made workouts fresh and fun. Again this is beginner/immediate. If you are advance you could use this on a day when you need a break from draining workouts. I love all of her workouts and look forward to more.

I just did this video and it was really good, felt like I really worked out my abs and can't wait to see how they feel tomorrow!
Really good to if you're looking for a quicker workout dvd.

Ok for a beginner
I ordered this to add to my collection of many workout DVD's. Its a great workout for a beginner. I workout 5-6 days a week so I found it too easy. However, as one reviewer suggested I may use it again on a day that I think I need a break but still want to do "something". I would suggest Jackie Warner DVD's for a more intense ab workout.
