Missing an episode
I really enjoy this series. The one thing that is missing is an episode, Battlefield Cell, which should be episode 5.
Excellent documentary!
I loved this documentary that took four years to produce. It's very suspenseful in how the plane crash was planned and how the production team had to overcome so many obstacles. It was a great research experiment by several PhDs to determine what are the safest seats in an airplane and how to make planes safer.
Perfect to assist in understanding
I was a cultural anthropologist and found this particular video extremely good. My 9 year old grandson was full of questions about the rise of humans. One thing this video gives and does so well is show how long the period of time is between each phase. For the first time he began to understand that specific people don't suddenly change but that species adapt to their environment. He is still struggling with concept that early humans were just as intelligent as today's populations. We could no more survive in their environment than they could survive in ours. We are not more progressive just more complex.
